By booking a class or service with Harrogate PT through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our website.
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payments via bank transfer, card payments, or other methods specified on our site.
Bank details for direct transfers will be provided during checkout or via email confirmation.

2. Confirmation of Booking

Once your payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation of your booking.
Your booking is only secured once payment has been received.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

All class bookings are final. Once a class booking has been made, no refunds or credits will be issued.
Bookings are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or reassigned to another individual or class. This policy is strictly enforced due to the limited number of spaces available per class.
Cancellations or rescheduling for any Personal Training must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will be forfeited are non-refundable.
No-shows will not be refunded.

4. Changes to Classes or Services

Harrogate PT reserves the right to change class times or services due to unforeseen circumstances.
If a class is cancelled by Harrogate PT, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Health and Safety

Clients must ensure they are medically fit to participate in classes or services.
By booking, you acknowledge any risks associated with physical activity and agree that Harrogate PT will not be held liable for any injury sustained during participation.

6. Personal Information

We collect and use personal information solely to manage your booking and communicate with you.
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your data.

7. Liability

Harrogate PT cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property while attending classes or services, except in cases of proven negligence.
