At Harrogate PT, every session is designed around you. I offer a range of personal training and Pilates options tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and fitness level. Whether you want to build strength, improve mobility, recover post-natal, or support wellbeing in the workplace, there’s a session for you. All programmes are delivered with expert guidance in a supportive, non-intimidating environment.

Personal Training
One-to-One or Two-to-One Sessions
Tailored training for individuals or pairs (friends, couples, colleagues, mother & daughter). Sessions focus on building strength, improving fitness, and achieving your personal goals with a plan designed just for you.
Small Group Sessions
Train in a small group of 3 - 4 people at the Fitness Hut studio, Weetons, Leeds Road. Small groups allow for more personalised attention than a regular class, while still enjoying the energy and motivation of training with others.

Pilates
Mat Pilates
Private or semi-private sessions (1:1 or 2:1) designed to improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Mat Pilates classes are also available for all fitness levels.
Reformer Pilates
1:1, 2:1, or small group sessions (3–6 people) using the Reformer machine. Perfect for improving strength, mobility, and alignment in a supportive, personalised setting. Great for clients looking for a small-group experience that feels like personalised training.

Menopause Strength
Menopause can bring changes in energy, metabolism, and muscle, but regular exercise can make a real difference. Strength training, Pilates, and personalised fitness programmes help maintain muscle mass, support bone health, manage weight, and boost overall
Training during menopause isn’t just about the body - it also supports mental health, improves energy levels, and helps you feel more confident and in control. With the right guidance, you can stay strong, active, and enjoy life to the fullest.

Pre & Post Natal Training
Safe, targeted exercise for new and expectant mums. Focus on rebuilding strength, core stability, pelvic floor health, and recovery after C-section or pregnancy. Babies are welcome to join some sessions, allowing mums to train without worry.

Mature Adult Exercise
Mature Adult Exercise focuses on building strength, balance and mobility in a safe, supportive environment. Sessions are tailored to suit your current fitness level, helping you move with confidence, improve everyday function and maintain long term health. Whether you're easing back into exercise or managing ongoing aches, the goal is to keep you active, steady and strong.
